As you could probably tell, I was very excited to decorate for Valentine's Day this year. I haven't really been excited about decorating since then, so my red, pink and white stayed up until this weekend. I finally decided that since it's April, I probably ought to change it up. Luckily, that was easy to do! I decided to leave up all my tissue paper poofs and switch my paper lanterns from red to turquoise. Instant transformation to springtime!
I do think that I need to add some green and/or yellow also.
I also brought out my cute purple flower in a book vase that my mom made for me, and the yellow and green spring-y looking birds that my sister painted and gave me.
Now I just want something on my front door. There are so many ideas out there in blogland that I don't know where to start or what to choose.

It DOES look very springy! All those little birds look like they play well together!
LOVE the decor, Looks great. My wreath is super simple, not showy but definitely more spring and natural looking. I took a plain grape vine wreath, added a nest and a bird, and that is it. Very inexpensive too. You can get a showy more colorful bird to go in the nest, and eggs too. It is my most favorite of all of my wreaths.
That looks great Charlotte! I wish I had the gumption to decorate my house like that!!
